Requirements description

-Proven experience with LogicMonitor, Splunk ITSI, DataDog, ELK, Grafana

-Strong knowledge of Python, Groovy, GitLab, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines

-Deep understanding of SNMP protocols (v1, v2c, v3), MIBs, OIDs, and related operations

-Experience configuring network and security devices from vendors like Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet

-Familiarity with networking protocols (TCP/IP, UDP, ICMP, DHCP, DNS) and topologies

-Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in device performance monitoring

-Excellent documentation and communication skills

-Certifications like Cisco CCNA/CCNP and cloud experience (AWS, Azure, GCP) are a plus

About the project:

• We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to join a project focused on network and perimeter security, with a strong emphasis on observability and reliability. The ideal candidate brings hands-on expertise with modern monitoring tools and Infrastructure-as-Code technologies. A background in SNMP-based network monitoring and configuration is essential, while familiarity with security devices and cloud integrations will be considered a plus.

Your responsibilities

1. -Configure, manage, and optimize observability tools (LogicMonitor, Splunk ITSI, DataDog, ELK, Grafana)
2. -Develop and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code using Python, Groovy, GitLab CI, Jenkins
3. -Implement SNMP-based monitoring for various devices (routers, firewalls, IoT)
4. -Troubleshoot connectivity and performance issues using tools like Wireshark
5. -Create dashboards, alerts, and documentation to ensure high system reliability
6. -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve monitoring architecture
