Requirements description

  • Bachelors’ degree or similar qualification with IT / Business, Sales / Ecommerce experience as core subjects

  • A minimum of 3-5 years practical experience gained working within a commercial organization in a business analysis or similar role

  • Candidate must have a high level of commercial acumen, be able to demonstrate a detailed understanding of commercial business processes and their interdependencies, and articulate how technology is used as a strategic enabler to run and transform a commercial operation

  • Proven experience with business/digital and technical requirements analysis, elicitation, modelling, verification and methodology development

  • Understanding of Data Engineering and BI technologies to work effectively and cooperatively with the product development teams

  • Strong track record of contributing to projects and achieving results

  • Experience in managing and leading direct/indirect reports and 3 rd party resources, working in a team oriented, collaborative environment

Your responsibilities

  1. Work with your functional stakeholders and the relevant Global or Central BU (IT&D / Sales / Marketing/ D&A) teams to develop analytics best practices and products and maintain and deliver in the markets a data product roadmap for omnichannel analytics following IT&D operating model
  2. Ensure implemented data analytics products have the right data governance and quality, maximised to deliver faster, newer insights needed to support business growth, maximising return on investment and delivering growth
  3. Enforcing various data rules for the market and ensuring high level of data quality, integrity, availability, completeness, consistency, privacy and compliance to those rules by the customers and ecommerce business owners
  4. Plan, manage and execute (where appropriate) agreed regional & country omnichannel analytical products across the cluster
  5. Identify, evaluate, prioritize and deliver agreed value added initiatives across the cluster
  6. Develop and deliver training and continuous improvement programs to ensure product adoption
