• 5+ years of professional software development experience, demonstrating a strong background in building and maintaining software systems;
• Strong experience with Java (17+) language, enabling you to develop robust and efficient backend solutions;
• Strong experience with JavaScript and TypeScript, demonstrating your capability to contribute to the user interface and bridge the gap between backend functionality and user-facing features;
• Ability to interpret and transform functional specifications into intuitive, non-complex, and creative software solutions, ensuring user satisfaction;
• Experience with designing software solutions, showcasing your ability to architect and implement high-quality features;
• Ability to describe and document solutions, ensuring clarity and ease of understanding for team members and stakeholders;
• Ability to work independently, managing tasks and responsibilities with minimal supervision;
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken, enabling effective collaboration within an international team.

Your responsibilities

1. As a Fullstack Developer, you will be developing the core CPQ software for an international software company, building scalable solutions that will become part of the company’s standard product offering
2. You will be implementing feature requirements to enhance the functionality, usability, and performance of the company’s core software, ensuring it meets evolving business needs
3. You will be working on an innovative framework designed by the client, written in Java, and if desired, contributing actively to its development process, shaping its growth and evolution
4. You will be collaborating within a diverse international team, including architects, tech writers, testers, and developers with varied backgrounds and seniority levels, maintaining close contact with Product Management for alignment on project goals
5. You will be working within an agile methodology, participating in sprints and adapting to iterative development processes for continuous improvement
