Role overview

We’re looking for a Site Reliability Engineer to operate and evolve our global real-time data streaming platform. You’ll gain deep experience across infrastructure, automation, incident response, and performance optimisation, working with systems at massive scale.

Your tasks

• Design, maintain, and improve globally distributed systems supporting 100M+ concurrent connections

• Operate infrastructure using Terraform, Kubernetes, and ArgoCD

• Monitor systems with VictoriaMetrics, Grafana, and Loki

• Write automation scripts (Python/Bash) and reduce operational toil

• Partner with architects and developers to evaluate and adopt new technologies

• Participate in incident response and post-incident analysis

Requirements

• 1–4 years in SRE, DevOps, Infrastructure, or Platform Engineering

• Docker fundamentals and basic Kubernetes operations (pods, services, deployments)

• Experience with at least one major cloud (AWS preferred; GCP/Azure also accepted)

• Basic monitoring/observability skills with VictoriaMetrics, Grafana, Loki

• Continuous learning mindset

Nice to have

• IaC and CI/CD (Terraform, ArgoCD, GitOps workflows)

• Incident response and troubleshooting experience

• Automation in Python/Bash

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
