A bout the role
As a Senior Talent Partner, you’ll work in-house with one of our fast-growing partners' TA team to help them reach their hiring milestones using a data-driven and agile approach. You will achieve this by fully immersing yourself in our partner’s culture, developing a robust recruitment strategy, and delivering high-quality results across all recruitment functions.
Your role may include, but is not limited to, the following:
Crafting a recruitment strategy that aligns with the company’s specific hiring needs
Working closely with hiring managers to understand their specific hiring needs
Managing each stage of the recruitment process to ensure a smooth candidate experience
Posting jobs, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, negotiating, and assisting in the selection and offer stages
Collaborating with the HR team to develop policies and procedures for hiring process optimisation
Tracking recruiting metrics to report on performance and progress
Providing advice on employer branding and optimal positioning

You’ve earned your stripes in end-to-end recruitment with 5-7 years of experience, preferably at renowned companies
Proven success in sourcing, attracting, and hiring a diverse array of roles spanning business, creative, and solution-oriented domains
You’re tech-savvy and you know your way around recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS's
You can be described as an excellent communicator and active listener, with attention to detail and a strong work ethic
You enjoy collaborating with recruitment teams, presenting data to hiring managers, and you’re full of ideas on how to optimize hiring processes
You “get” the romance between employer branding and recruiting, and take advantage of being a brand ambassador to attract and hire the best talent
You’re fluent in English, and it's a plus if you're also fluent in Dutch, German and/or French
